Where we came from-

Kut-Rite Manufacturing was established in 1947, as a manufacturer of Huntington Grinding Wheel Dressers. At that time, Kut-Rite had developed a milling process for dresser cutters providing a substantially higher quality tool with a “cutting edge” for added tool life and efficiency that leaves a superior profile. In the late 1950s, as the Concrete Scarifier was being developed for cleaning shop floors and preparation of surfaces for coatings, Kut-Rite began supplying milled cutters to various manufacturers of the scarifier machines. All of Kut-Rite's engineering expertise was focused on developing innovative cutters. In this pursuit, Kut-Rite became involved in the development of tools made from new materials such as carbide and carbide-inserted cutters. Kut-Rite successfully developed innovative designs along with new manufacturing methods that improved the tool’s performance and longevity. With continuing success, Kut-Rite was reorganized in 2002 under new partnership, as KRMC LLC .

Where we are going-

Kut-Rite is evolving with the extensive knowledge and expertise gained from designing innovative high quality tools for surface preparation and removal equipment. Kut-Rite combined 60 years of experience with surface preparation abrasives and tools and applied it to the design and manufacture of superior high quality equipment for the surface preparation and removal industries. In 2004, Kut-Rite introduced the patented Full Face™ cutter and the Kut-Rite brand of Scarifiers. The Kut-Rite brand of Grinders and Polishers will make their debut at the 2008 World of Concrete.
